Local Historian Offers 15 Decisions That Doomed Confederacy at Gettysburg

Library programs include presentation by Brian LeBoeuf.

From the death of Stonewall Jackson to Pickett's Charge, errors on the part of Jefferson Davis, D.H. Hill, Lee, Jackson, Longstreet, A.P. Hill, Richard Ewell, Henry Heth, and J.E.B. Stuart led to the devastating loss of initiative and manpower at Gettysburg.

Commemorating the 150th anniversary of this memorable battle, local historian Glenn LeBoeuf will present "Failure at Gettysburg: 15 Decisions that Doomed the Confederacy" at 7 p.m. June 13.
