Lima Family Farms Market Manager Taylor Naughton shows some tomatoes growing on the vines on the farm—they'll be ready for your table within weeks. The farm, which doesn't use chemicals to kill weeds or insects, is expanding its vegetable plots—part of an effort by owner John Lima to try and develop more "locavores" in Hillsborough.

Celebrate a Music-Filled Summer With Concerts

50 years ago, President John F. Kennedy was battling segregationists in Alabama, helping put a skinny kid on the charts with "Blowin' in the Wind"...and Hillsborough opened Triangle School. The school has been celebrating it's golden anniversary all year, and held a special luncheon June 14 to celebrate the anniversary.
