Hillsborough Business Center's Flexibility Draws Tenants

Larken’s commercial leasing ledger paints a very positive picture at its Hillsborough Business Center, signing 50,000 square feet in new or renewed leases in the first three months of 2013.  

New leases made up nearly 18,000 square feet of that total with tenants including All Corporate Services, BRC Electrical Contractors and Tool in the Box all leasing 1,500 square feet and Newell Strength expanding in to 3,000 square feet. 

Renewals were also strong with Zala Machines staying in its 15,000 square foot space, along with Electrical Installation & Design and Eagle Contracting & Cooling staying put in 2,500 and 1,135 square feet respectively.
