Somerset County Looking To Join Statewide Mental Health Effort
Somerset County plans to join the statewide effort aimed at helping residents whose mental illnesses prevent them from voluntarily seeking treatment by giving judges the ability to court mandate outpatient treatment, according to nj.com.
The program, which would be based out of Bridgewater’s Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center, is slated to start later this year if the county’s plan is approved by the state, according to nj.com.
