Have you ever wondered how much of your personal freedom is blocked by negative thought patterns?  Even when things are going well, many of us carry a constant inner dialogue that tends to be self-deprecating. 

Come explore ways to take charge of your thinking, make changes and feel empowered for the New Year at the Jan. 23 presentation by Positive Living Expert and Speaker Diane Lang. Her "New Year, New You: The Power of Positive Thinking!" presentation will begin at 7 p.m.

Cognosante Enrollment Assistance Services will be available to answer questions and assist community members with signing up for the Affordable Health Care Act.
Zumba: Jan. 22 and Jan. 29 at 7 p.m.
Zumba combines high energy music with unique moves that allow you to dance your way to a fitter you with exciting rhythms.  Join us for an energizing series: Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Jan. 22, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, Feb. 12, Feb. 19, Feb. 26. As long as you are moving and having fun, there is no wrong way to Zumba! Please remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
Listen to a Good Book Lately? Jan. 22 at 7 p.m.
An audiobook listener's advisory discussion led by Librarian Yvonne Selander. Find out what works in the audio format and discover resources for listeners. Attendees can share their favorite audiobooks. If you are already a fan, be ready with a title or two!

First Roots Music with Ms. Jenni : Newborn to 3 years; Jan. 27 at 10 a.m.
Join Ms. Jenni, a Kindermusik educator and owner of First Roots Music Studio, for an entertaining music class that helps your child develop language, literacy, social and listening skills in a fun, nurturing, family-friendly setting. NOTE: Parents, in order to provide a safe environment for our youngest patrons, older siblings will not be allowed into this program.

Help your preschool or kindergarten child get ready to read! Enjoy stories together and build language skills. No registration required!

This is Therapy Dog International's Program: Children Reading to Dogs! Spend time reading to Xena, a TDI certified dog! Each registered child will get 10 special minutes practicing reading skills while Xena listens.
