Outdoor Activities for Cooler Days

As fall approaches—and stiflingly hot temperatures give way to cooler days—the message for many organizations around town is "Get Outside".

1. You Need to Know About Water Gardens: The Leonard J Buck Garden, 11 Layton Road, Far Hills, . Veteran gardener and author Judy Glattstein will cover options for ponds, marshes, wet meadows and container gardens. 2. You Need to Know About Pets: The Coalition for Animals hosts a . Pet contests, dog walks, live music and more are on the bill. Entry is $25 per family on the day of the event.
