A Piscataway man was arrested this Forth of July after a breath test revealed his alcohol content level was at .12 percent, at least .4 percent over the legal limit, according to mycentraljersey.com.
Alfredo Montes, 46, was pulled over by a Bridgewater police office along Route 22 when the officer discovered two 11-year-old children in the backseat - Montes now faces second-degree child endangerment charges, according to mycentraljersey.com.
