Hillsborough's annual Fourth of July Fireworks display has been postponed due to inclement weather, according to Mayor Gloria McCauley and the Hillsborough Police Department.
Scheduled for 9 p.m. Sunday, the display will instead take place Friday, July 8, at Auten Road Intermediate School. Shuttle buses will be available at Hillsborough High School and at Hillsborough Middle School for those who do not want to drive to the event.
