You Need to Know to Celebrate Rutgers: Rutgers Day celebrations will be occurring at the school’s Cook/Douglass, Busch and College Avenue campuses from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. Expect performances, tours, exhibits, hands-on activities and other events. The festival has free admission, parking and on-campus shuttles.
