Democratic Alliance Meetings to Include Speakers, Books and Inauguration

Group plans weekly meetings through January.

The Hillsborough Democratic Alliance is off to a strong start in 2013, and is moving forward with several interesting events in January.

Focusing on governmental transparency and accountability, the Alliance provides all participants with an opportunity to discuss the issues facing Hillsborough, Somerset County, New Jersey, and the nation as a whole.

Members can become civically engaged in any area of concern, including charitable causes, economics, environment, and education, among others. The Alliance encourages those who supported President Obama’s re-election and others to participate in any or all of these upcoming events:

Heather coordinates and advocates for the adoption of numerous local, county, and state laws crafted by the campaign’s Law and Policy Task Force. Current and prospective HDA members are welcome to attend the meeting.
