The , located on 12 Stults Road in South Brunswick, is a winemaking school that offers classes in winemaking, chocolate making, mozzarella cheese making and more. The two-hour workshops can be pricey, but you'll get several bottles of wine from the investment. The shop also hosts food tastings throughout the year.
