Hillsborough Bypass Question

Looking at the Peter Biondi (Hillsborough) Bypass where it enters and exits on Rt. 206 near the Century Link building the bypass will have to cross the railroad tracks there.  Had the bypass stayed on it original alignment, those tracks would not need crossed.  Are they planning an overpass, or just gates at that crossing?
