Make Time to Mark Sept. 11 Today in Hillsborough
Local fire companies, freeholders set events.
Today is the 12th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and there are opportunities throughout the day to honor those killed in the attacks.
If you're an early riser, join the events hosted by either the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders at 8:46 a.m., or stop by Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Co. no. 2 at 9:45 a.m.
Or if a later event fits your schedule better, you can join the service at Woods Road Fire Co. at 7 p.m.
