Could we see evidence of fewer routes since it would still be the same number of students being transported? Is the concept to have multiple schools served by the same route at the same time? If so, this will take an incredible amount of coordination and communication to work properly.

I like your idea about tying minimum wage to raises down in DC. It would be interesting to see the reactions if every raise for elected officials caused a spike in pay rates in the private sector! -
