Hillsborough Salon Among 200 Top Salons in Survey

Beyond the Fringe earns spot in magazine's survey due to recent growth.

Hillsborough's Beyond the Fringe hair salon has proven to be a cut above most salons, according to Salon Today magazine, which recently listed the salon as one of the Top 200 salons in North America. The magazine's 16th annual ranking of salons was published in the January 2013 issue, based on applications submitted by the magazine's readers and 25,000 salons nationwide.  Beyond the Fringe, owned by Donna McCray and Charlie Martin, was recognized for its growth since 2010.
