I went in on a Sunday afternoon and asked to butcher to cut me some leg of lamb. He outright refused, so I asked how big a piece I would have needed for him to cut it. Again, he told me he wasn't going to cut the leg. I would have been fine buying the whole leg if he just cut it into steaks for me. I could always freeze the rest, but I'm assuming the ban saw was already clean and he didn't want to deal with it. I'll be sure to go stop and shop for all my butcher needs from now on.
