dear readers, i have been going to Renaissance Salon for many years and i have been with Jen the owner when she was working in other Salons, Jen is the best hair stylist i have ever been too, she is freindly she listens to what you would like to look like and all the other operators are also really great, I gladly share with readers and advice you to try this salon if you haven't yet. I have been going to renaissance for years now! i absolutely love it, everyone is great there and makes me feel comfortable. All of the stylists are amazing and willing to help with whatever i ask for. Jen, the owner is nothing less than amazing when it comes to her events, deals, and skills on her clients. I would recommend this salon for anyone in the area, they are amazing!!!!!

I will never go Back! I went for a facial under the reccommendation of a friend. Carin took me in and asked me what types of facials I have had. I told her that my skin is great and that I normally get basic facials with extractions. Without telling me what she was going to do, she began working on my face. I wasn't worried, because the highest price facial listed on the website was $125.00, and I would have spent that. When it was all said and done, I was charged $200.00. I complained that I wasn't advised of this, nor did I ask for this or need this.......not to mention that there isn't even a facial of this price listed on their website. She said that Carin did multiple facials on me. How was I supposed to know if I wasn't advised of this.....and I did not ask for this?? I was not given a lesser charge, nor was I offerred a gift certificate for next time. When I got home, I still extracted more from my face than other $80 facials I had done in the past.....and I have very clear skin. I should expect that for a $240 facial, I would be extracting nothing at home! I will never go back, and I have told others about my experience.
