I was on the phone with Peter from Levco Pool trying to solve bluster pump issue. Peter was extremely unprofessional about this issue. He told that I'm running one line for two different pumps. I told him that for one motor, which is the bluster pump motor, I have 120VAC coming from the circuit breaker box on its own breaker. I'm also using a total different breaker to pull 240VAC for the other pump motor. He told me that he has photo that can prove his theory. I ask him can he please send me the photos. He blow a gasket and hang the phone up. I only thing I can say is wow. I hope this is not a company policy to get upset and hang the phone up to try to solve an issue.

After meeting with eight different companies, we chose Levco Pools to renovate our dilapidated 20-year-old inground swimming pool. We selected them based on their reputation, our favorable impression of Peter Lindia and his ideas for our project, and their fair cost estimate. Peter told us up front that his estimate was all we would pay – no surprises – and he kept his word. Levco stripped our pool down to the Gunnite shell and restored it to like new condition. The courteous crew showed up on time every day for the two week project, worked all day long during a particularly bad heat wave, and always cleaned up after themselves. Their work was professionally done by hand (no heavy equipment) with minimal impact to our landscaping. It was a pleasure watching the project move rapidly through each stage. Peter and Shawn were responsive to all of our questions and handled every detail. We always felt that our satisfaction was their main concern. We are thrilled with our beautiful pool and will enthusiastically recommend Levco to our neighbors, friends and family.

@Jones121. What is a Bluster Pump? I've never heard of such a thing. Did Levco do the install? Or are you one of those homeowners who do everything themselves, then when it doesn't work, calls up a local contractor and wants him to solve your problem for free on the phone?
I know Levco, and I know if they did the install they’d make it right!
Mr Campbell, you hit the nail on the head. The poster below
Mr Campbell, you hit the nail on the head. The poster below (jones121) called up and numerous times, we gave him advice over the phone as best we could (no charge) etc and tried to diagnose the issues over the phone as a courtesy. He did not like the answers the we gave him. The electrician he hired who did the work for him did not do it properly and does not know pools etc...I think he took offense to this when we pointed it out, got belligerent on the phone so the conversation was ended. I appreciate and I hope others who may read the below posting your ability to see through postings like this. Anyone can and does post whatever they want on the internet whether it is fact based or not. This can be very damaging for a small business....while there are definitely unscrupulous contractors out there...there are just as many unscrupulous consumers. Sincerely Levco Pools Inc
