Kathleen Academy of Dance is a wonderful dance school for students that want to learn the art of dance. Our kids have so many activities that focus on competitions that dance was the one thing they do that the pressure of competition is eliminated and they can enjoy the pleasure of dance. My kids have been going to this studio since they were little tots and when we moved to Pennsylvania 12 years ago, we made the decision to stay with KAD. All other activities we do are in Pennsylvania, but we feel strongly about the value of Kathleen, her staff and friendships here in Hillsborough.

I started at Kathleen’s when I was four, and I haven’t left! The studio is warm and inviting; I made some of my best friends in dance classes at the KAD, and learned a true appreciation for dance as an artform. KAD is a great studio with amazing heart.

With all the competition in the dance school world, this is by far the best studio that focus's on the student's needs, NOT the trophies. Teachers focus on the students needs and teach at the necessary pace so that they actually learn something. Miss Kathleen is organized and provldes clear communication to parents and students. The studio never makes false promises. Some students go onto careers in dance while others become successful in other carreers, but all share the wonderful memories of the experiences they had at KAD. And so do the adults that danced there!
