New Teacher Orientations This Week in Hillsborough
Township Committee will also honor township's oldest fire company and high school softball team.
Hillsborough High School's first day of classes starts today—as the school's new teachers report for orientation this week.
The school is welcoming a larger-than-usual number of new teachers this year, and the orientation schedule continues through the week.
That's not the only event slated for schools, ahead of the first day of classes Sept. 9—several schools have scheduled open houses this week. Check the schedule for details.
Also, on Tuesday, the Township Committee will meet. The agenda for this week's meeting includes a four proclamations, including honors for Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Co. no. 1, and the Hillsborough High School softball team.
