Friday Fundraiser to Benefit Local Families

At the end of work week on Fridays, many people are happy and excited to go out and have fun—and this week, you'll want to head to Pheasant's Landing for your Friday night fun.

A public happy hour and vendor fair set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. will help raise money for Steps Together, the nonprofit working to raise funds for families facing medical crises—like Millstone toddler Billy Biviano, who has been receiving treatment for a brain tumor, and Hillsborough teen Trevor Tomczak, who has been diagnosed with bone cancer.

The event hopes to draw hundreds to the vendor sale, which will include special products and offers from such companies as Stella and Dot, Gold Canyon Candles, Origami Owl lockets, and more (see the attached flyer for the complete list).

A portion of sales from the vendors will be donated to Steps Together to help families such as Billie's and Trevor's.
