Ryan Wheaton Tapped for Bret Cooper Jr. Academic All-American Games
Participated in East vs. West game in Dallas—and will return for a game against a Canadian team.
Ryan Wheaton, lineman for the state champion Jr. Raiders varsity team, competed in the Bret Cooper Jr. Academic All-American bowl game in Dallas, last week.
Ryan played on the East team, which lost to the West, 8-2, after a tough game was fought.
Ryan created a fumble that he retrieved in the end zone for a safety and the only score for the East.
He is looking forward to traveling back to Dallas next month to compete on the international scene against Canada for Team USA.
