School Security Will Be Evaluated, Superintendent Says
Jorden Schiff issues statement on district's response to Connecticut shootings.
Hillsborough Superintendent of Schools Jorden Schiff said school Crisis Management Teams worked "tirelessly over the weekend" to make sure schools were prepared for a smooth transition for students returning to class Monday morning in a statement he gave at Monday's Board of Education meeting.
His statement followed a moment of silence for the 26 victims at the behest of board President Thomas Kinst.
