Raiders Marching Band Takes Third Place at State Championships

Next up: Regional championship in Towson, Md.

The Hillsborough High School Raiders Marching Band took third place at Saturday's US Band New Jersey State Champions, at Rutgers High Point Solutions Stadium.

The competition pitted the band against 55 bands from across the state.

The Raiders scored 84.4 points in the Group 5 Open, besting all but champion Immaculata (with 87.588 points) and Passaic High School ( 86.05).

The band travels to Towson, Md., this weekend to compete in the regional championship.
