Fit 'n' Firm is offering walk in Hatha Yoga at 9:30am every sunday. The cost is $10, you are welcome to just walk-in. Call to reserve your spot. The class gives you a toning up,stretching and relaxing workout all within an hour.
Small group open to males and females.
Yoga class is also Wednesday 7:00 pm.
