Boys Soccer Comeback Halted, Team Falls in OT
Comeback not to be as Raiders lose to undefeated Montgomery.
The Hillsborough High School boys soccer team lost to undefeated Montgomery Tuesday 3-2 in overtime.

IN SHORT
The Raiders started strong controlling the early play and took the lead on a goal by junior midfielder Ben Seitz. The goal woke up the Cougars who came back with two of their own to take a 2-1 lead. Late in the first it appeared that the Raiders had a second goal only to have the play called offside.
Trailing by one in the second half the Raiders pushed the play and finally got the equalizer as Sean Nemec scored with about five minutes remaining.
But the comeback was not to be as Montgomery scored the game winner with 2:53 remaining in the first overtime.

Sean Nemec – Scored the tying goal in regulation for the Raiders with about five minutes remaining.

Ben Seitz – Scored the Raiders first goal to give them the early lead.
Mike Czyrnek – The senior midfielder led the Raiders offense with five shots on goal.
