Three Hillsborough Women Among County's Outstanding

County to recognize 21 women in business, government, health care and more at March 22 dinner.

Three Hillsborough women will be among 21 county women named as this year's Outstanding Women in Somerset County for 2013. 

Donna Dourney, Dianne Leoni and Viktoria Wargo will be honored at a March 22 dinner sponsored by the county Commission on the Status of Women.

“The 21 honorees represent a cross-section of backgrounds, abilities and endeavors,” said Somerset County Freeholder Mark Caliguire, commission liaison. "It is our pleasure to recognize them for the many contributions they have made to their communities.”

The county's Commission on the Status of Women presents these awards annually in celebration of Women's History Month in March. Honorees are women who live or work in Somerset County.

Tickets on sale for March 22 dinner to honor the women being recognized this year

Tickets are on sale for what is the 21st annual Outstanding Women in Somerset County awards dinner.

This year’s program will be is scheduled for Friday, March 22, at The Imperia at 1714 Easton Ave., in the Somerset section of Franklin Township.

A cash bar at 6:30 p.m. will be followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m., according to an announcement from the county. Tickets are $50 per person.
