Flags will fly at half-staff across the state on Wednesday to honor late Assemblyman Pete Biondi (R-Hillsborough), .
The executive order, signed by Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno as acting governor on Monday, states all flags "shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, and instrumentalities during appropriate hours on Wednesday."

The executive order issued by the governor's office says "it is fitting and appropriate to honor the memory and mourn the passing of Assemblyman Biondi."
