Duke Farms Is Planning New Pedestrian Path and Bridge

There will be a public hearing on the proposal at the Hillsborough Planning Board meeting.

Update: The meeting publicly advertised for Feb. 13 is now rescheduled for Feb. 27.

The Duke Farms Foundation is coming before the Hillsborough Township Planning Board on Feb. 13 to present its vision for a new dedicated pedestrian pathway, including a pedestrian bridge, as well as repaving and installation of passing areas along an existing pathway used by tram vehicles.

No variances are required, but Duke Farms Foundation will be seeking amended site plan approval for the improvements to the property on Dukes Parkway West in Hillsborough.
