Police say two men were found trying to remove spikes, plates from tracks.

Two men are facing trespassing and theft charges in separate incidents after they were found removing steel plates and railroad spikes from along tracks in town, Hillsborough Police said.

Shannon Burke, 44, of Hillsborough, was charged on Aug. 9 with taking materials valued at $25, while Joseph Vadimski, 45, of Manville, was charged Aug. 10 with taking material valued at $40.
