Police: Chicago Man Exposed Himself in Parking Lot

The following arrest record was provided by the Hillsborough Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

reported charging a Chicago man with lewdness after allegedly exposing his genitals in a Route 206 parking lot. 

David Griffin, 29, of Chicago, was charged with lewdness on Jan. 11.

According to police, a passerby allegedly observed someone, determined to be Griffin, in a vehicle in a Route 206 parking lot with his genitals exposed.

Griffin was released after processing.

Dario Garmaz, 38, of Raritan, was charged with driving while intoxicated while allegedly driving a white Audi on Route 206 on Jan.19. Garmaz was turned over to the Bridgewater Police for outstanding warrants after also being charged with refusing to submit to breath testing, driving on a suspended license and failing to maintain a lane.

James Mangini, 59, of Hillsborough, was charged with driving while intoxicated after allegedly being involved in a two-car accident on River Road on Jan. 18. Mangini was released after also being charged with refusing to submit to breath testing and having an open container of alcohol while driving.

Ronnie Brenner, 63, of Franklin, was charged for shoplifting $1,280.96 worth of clothing and appliances from the Route 206 Kohl’s on Jan. 9. Brenner was released after processing.

Eugene Callahan, 23, of Franklin, was charged with hindering his own apprehension after allegedly providing an officer with false information during a Jan. 7 traffic stop. Callahan was lodged in Somerset County Jail in lieu of bail.

A Route 206 business reported that three doors belonging to the building were attempted to be pryed open on Jan. 6. No entry was gained. The Hillsborough Police Detective Bureau is continuing the investigation.
