Police Blotter: $2,160 of Articles Allegedly Stolen From Durling Way Home

The Hillsborough Polices detective bureau is currently investigating the theft of $2,160 in electronics and clothing that was allegedly taken from a Durling Way residence.

According to the police's incident description, the apartment resident reported an alleged burglary on March 6, stating that the items went missing after March 4.

Officers reported responding to a burglar alarm at an Old Camplain Road business at 1:18 a.m. March 22.  Though the investigation revealed that the property was entered and storage facilities tampered with in an attempt to remove metal, nothing was reported stolen, police said.

A Route 206 business reported that four steel storm grates were stolen from the business' driveway during the overnight hours on March 17.  The value of the theft was reported at $200, police said.

A Shugal Court resident reported that his red Toyota was entered during the overnight hours on March 16, when it was parked in front of his home.  A laptop valued at $1,200 was reported stolen, police said.

Andrew Kutsko, 49, of Hillsborough, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 4:45 p.m. March 12, while driving a black Mazda on South Branch Road, police said.  Kutsko was released after also being charged with refusing to submit a breat test, failing to produce a driver's license and driving with an open container of alcohol.

Marji Dainty, 43, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 6:12 p.m. March 11, after being involved with a motor vehicle crash on Route 206.  Dainty allegedly obtained breath test results of .17 percent blood alcohol and was released after also being charged with careless driving.
