19-year-old took 'evasive action' to avoid motor vehicle stop, according to police.
A 19-year-old township man took "evasive action" to avoid being pulled over on New Amwell Road, Hillsborough Police said.
Thomas Bonfiglio was charged with obstruction of justice, speeding, failure to signal a turn, failure to stop, reckless driving, driving without headlamps and using unapproved equipment.
According to an incident report released Friday, Bonfiglio attempted to avoid being pulled over for a traffic violation on New Amwell Road on Sept. 11.
