Hillsborough's not a town known for its crime.

As one of the , it's something officials and residents find as a source of pride. However, it doesn't mean the town's without crime or emergency incidents.

January

Jan. 7: A had police charging a Bound Brook resident and a Bridgewater resident, and seizing almost $2,600 in narcotics.

Dec. 20: A Bloomingdale Drive man reported being robbed at gunpoint outside his residence.
