Hillsborough Resident Arrested for Outstanding Warrant

A township resident was arrested last week for an outstanding warrant during a motor vehicle stop, said Monday.

Taquane Hoagland, 32, was arrested last Tuesday for an outstanding warrant out of New Brunswick, police said. Hoagland was turned over to the New Brunswick Police Department.

  • Michael Mooney, 18, of Bridgewater, was charged on March 31 with underage possession of alcohol. Police said Mooney was found with a bottle of vodka during a motor vehicle stop on Camplain Road. Mooney was transported to police headquarters and released after processing.
  • Robert Toth, 47, of Hillsborough, was charged with DWI on Route 206 on March 31. Toth was also charged with failing to maintain a lane, having a non-working break light and refusing to submit to breath tests. Toth was released on his own recognizance.
