Hillsborough Man Injured After Falling From Ladder

Sixty-nine-year-old resident suffered from back and leg injuries while trimming his branches, police say.

A Hillsborough man suffered non-life threatening injuries Sunday after falling from a ladder outside of his home, police said.

According to the , a 69-year-old male resident was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital by NJSP Northstar Medivac after falling 20 feet while trimming branches outside of his Woods Road home.

Police said the resident suffered a back and leg injury and did not appear to be life threatening.

Hillsborough Police first responded to the Woods Road residence at about 11:45 a.m., police said.

Hillsborough EMS Unit 38, Fire Unit 79 and Somerset MICU 682 also responded to the incident on Sunday, police said.
