Former Franklin Firefighter Claims Her Dismissal Was Due To Making Sexual Harassment Complaints

Former volunteer firefighter Courtney Jackson, now the second woman to file a lawsuit against one of Franklin Township’s Fire Departments, is claiming she was terminated from her position after making sexual harassment complaints against an assistant chief, according to nj.com.

One of the allegations in Jackson’s lawsuit involves an incident where Chris Calvo, assistant chief for Community Volunteer Fire Department in Fire District 3, made inappropriate sexual references regarding Jackon’s genitals during a conversation between her, Calvo, and two other volunteer firefighters, according to nj.com.
