Cops: Woman Records .27% Blood-Alcohol Level

Two arrested in separate incidents for DWI.

A township woman recorded a blood-alcohol level of more than three times the level limit when she was pulled over earlier this month on Johanson Avenue, said Friday.

Tara Rudd, 45, of Hillsborough, recorded a .27 percent blood-alcohol level after she was stopped on May 4 on Johanson Avenue. Rudd was charged with driving while intoxicayed. She was released after being charged with careless driving, police said.

Scott Goddell, 57, of Seattle, Wash., recorded a .17 percent blood-alcohol level after he was stopped on Route 206, police said. Goddell was released after being charged with DWI and obstructing traffic.
