Cops: Hillsborough Man Double Legal Limit
Police say driver was unable to maintain his lane, registered a .16% on breath test.
A township man was discovered to be double the legal limit after he was unable to maintain his lane while driving on Falcon Road, said.
Gregory E. Koll, 46, was charged with DWI, failure to maintain a lane and failure to exhibit a driver's license following a motor vehicle stop on June 20.
According to police, Koll consented to a breath test and registered a .16 percent blood-alcohol content level—twice the legal limit.
