Cops: 4 Nabbed Driving Drunk in Hillsborough

The following information was released by the Hillsborough Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A township woman was nearly three times over the legal limit when she was arrested for allegedly driving drunk earlier this month, said.

Kathleen Kardan, 49, was charged with DWI on June 2 after registering a .20 percent blood-alcohol level on a breath test, according to a police report released Friday.

Kardan was released after processing.

Thomas Hill, 45, of Hillsborough, also was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and obstructing the passage of other vehicles on Opie Road on June 17, police said. Hill was released after processing. A blood analysis is pending, police said.

Joe Arago, 33, of Bridgewater, was charged with DWI, speeding and failing to maintain a lane on Route 206 on May 28, police said. Arago was released after registering a .15 percent blood-alcohol level on a breath test, police said.

Eric Easley, 31, of Allentown, Pa., was charged with drunk driving and possession of marijuana after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 206 on May 14, police said. Easley registered a .15 percent blood-alcohol level on a breath test and was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, police said. Easley was released after processing.
