Stroller Workout
Join this weather-proof bootcamp-style class and bring baby along in a
stroller. This all-over workout will target upper body, lower body, abs
and cardio. Get in shape and connect with other moms. This class is
appropriate for new moms all the way through 2-3 years postpartum.
