This 8 week program is for student athletes between the ages of 10 and 17 years old. The program will use a unique blend of exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility, speed, agility, balance and overall sports performance. Learn valuable information and training techniques you will keep with you forever. The results are guaranteed!
