Free English Conversation Classes

Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County (LVSC) and the Somerville Public Library are sponsoring an ESL Conversation Group for adult intermediate/advanced English speakers. Some fluency in English is required. The group will meet on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., beginning Jan. 9, at the Somerville Public Library, 35 West End Ave. The group will be led by a certified tutor from Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County. Conversation groups provide an opportunity for participants to gain confidence speaking English in a casual group setting. The program is free, but registration is required.

Please register online at http://www.sclsnj.org, click on “Programs” and select “Somerville” or call (908) 725-1336,
