A 23-year-old Sussex County woman was among the 70 injured when a gunman opened fire and killed 12 early Friday morning at a movie theater screening of the new Batman movie in Aurora, Colo.

Jacci Fry, of Andover, was hit in the leg with shrapnel and rushed to the hospital, according to her sister, Jamie. Jamie Fry said her sister was released from surgery Friday afternoon.
