A Mountain View Road father, son and daughter have been indicted on aggravated assault charges in connection with an alleged confrontation in May when police said they punched and wrestled with officers. 

Man was charged with DWI and eluding police after allegedly leading Green Brook police on a foot chase through a wooded area near Washington Rock State Park.
