ERA STATEWIDE REALTY ANNOUNCES ELITE REALTY AGENT DESIGNATION AWARD WINNERS FOR MARCH 2014

Hillsborough NJ April 4, 2014:  Each month ERA Statewide Realty recognizes its top producing associates.  Sales associates that attain the highest level of pre-determined production are then designated as Elite Realty Agent Award winners.  Marketing and Sales Director, Paul Giannantonio announced today that three agents, Patricia Blaney, Patricia Crivello and Charles Nuara have been designated as Elite Realty Agent Award winners for the month of March.  What makes this award special is that the sales associate has to qualify both in listings and sales.  Many times a sales associate will have an outstanding month in either listing inventory or negotiating sales contracts.  This designation recognizes those sales associates that excel in both listings and sales in any given month.  

Patricia Blaney is a twenty year real estate veteran and has been one of the top two producing agents in the organization for eighteen of those twenty years.  Giannantonio commented, “Pat Blaney is an outstanding team player and a tenacious advocate for her clients, much of the business she writes is generated from past clients or referrals from past clients.”

Patricia Crivello has over thirty years of real estate experience and is involved in many aspects of the operation at ERA Statewide Realty, working as its Relocation Director, and playing a major role in the Foreclosure/Bank Owned Properties Division.  According to Giannantonio, “Pat Crivello has an overall knowledge of the many aspects of this business that transcends that of the average real estate agent.  She is a real asset to her clients and this company.”

Charles Nuara has spent his entire real estate career with ERA Statewide Realty.  Charles is just as comfortable talking to a seasoned real estate investor as he is speaking to a first time homebuyer.  Giannantonio stated, “Charles is very, very active in the marketplace, he has a tremendous feel for the market which is a big advantage for his sellers.”
