Patricia Blaney Recognized by ERA Statewide Realty for November Efforts
Receives company's Elite Agent Designation award based on sales and listings.
Paul Giannantonio, Marketing and Sales Director at ERA Statewide Realty announced Patricia Blaney, of the Hillsborough office, was recognized with the company’s November 2013 ELITE AGENT DESIGNATION award.
This designation will be awarded on a monthly basis to sales associates within the company that reach a minimum monthly sales production goal.
Mrs. Blaney achieved the Elite Agent Designation by bringing in three new listings and negotiating five home sales for the month.

“Pat had an outstanding month. She is a consistent top producer, but this month was something special," Giannantonio said. "It is nice to see her hard work earn her the additional recognition within our organization.
“What makes this award special is that the sales associate has to qualify for both listings and sales," he said. "Many times a sales associate will have an outstanding month in either listing inventory or negotiating sales contracts. This designation recognizes those sales associates that excel in both areas in any given month. When a client is working with one of our Elite Agents they are working with someone that is truly committed to achieving their clients’ goals.”
