Chang's China Restaurant opened in the Worden and Green shopping center (next to former Kmart) at the end of October, offering a little more to Hillsborough's Chinese food choices.
Shown in the photo is Chang's chicken with string beans lunch special, with pork fried rice, and hot sour soup--under $7 with tax.
