Where We'll Be: Autism Awareness Event and Bike Riding to Work

A look at where to find Patch this week.

It's another week and you know what that means.  Hillsborough Patch will be out and about, trying to hit as many events around town as we can. Where will we run into you?

Sunday: So this is actually a nod to our usual Take Five format: what you should hit in town today.   And Cub Scout Pack 89 hosts a car wash fundraiser at Hillsborough Elementary School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.—get the pollen cleaned off your car and help local hospital up their blood stocks.

Monday: So the thing Patch learned this week?  Rainstorms are not fun.  Especially when they cancel events.  That having been said, Triangle School’s Autism Awareness Celebration and Woods Road School’s Rain Garden installation were postponed until today.

Also, Hillsborough High School will be recognizing its Math Month champions today.  Of course, this adds up to a feature on Patch.

Expect a story on who’s selected as president, vice president and who will chair the committees in the coming year.

Tuesday: Preparing for bike to work week and finding salons that don’t mind coverage of prom prep.  Recommendations for salons welcome; I didn’t go to prom and am slightly clueless in this regard.

Thursday: Softball takes on Watchung Hills!  Check for a story on it Friday.
