Sports Opens Event-Filled Weekend

Two high school sports teams' matches open a weekend of activities.

A weekend of activities opens with Friday sports for Hillsborough teams.

Both of the matches—tennis and football—are away, so those wishing to attend will need to travel to make the games. Luckily, both are nearby.

Here's what you need to know today:

  1. You Need to Know About Stories and Songs: place at the at 10 a.m. today. The program does require registration, so you’ll want to call 908-369-2200 to let them know you’re coming.
  2. You Need to Know About Tennis: The ,  this time against Montgomery High School. The match begins at 4 p.m. at Bridgewater Raritan High School, 587 Garretson Road, Bridgewater.
  3. You Need to Know About Hoots and Howls: A . The walk costs $10 per parent/child pair, so you’ll want to call 908-766-2489 to let them know you’re coming.
  4. You Need to Know to Feed Me, Seymour: in the production of rs, so you’ll want to see the show before it closes on Oct. 9. Tickets are $20 and the show is at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday evenings and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
  5. You Need to Know About Football: at 7 p.m. tonight at Hunterdon Central High School.
